I lost my first toe nail!! (She hung on a while after Cowans Gap but finally succumbed). I feel like a part of my innocence has been lost; I’ve been launched into ultra runner adulthood.

    I feel like we need a Lonely Island parody of this a la “I just Had Sex”… on that note, can we have cake to celebrate this?

    Hmmm, I think that should be a new WUS rule: Martha gets cake every time she loses a part of her innocence…..
